North Care Training is an approved Home Care Aide testing provider serving candidates from all Washington State-approved training programs. Whether you trained with North Care or another approved provider, we are here to help make the testing process simple and stress-free.
BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR EXAMS, YOU WILL NEED TO:
✓ Submit your application through the Washington State Department of Health
✓ Provide your Pending License Number OR proof that your application has been submitted (printed confirmation, PDF, screenshot, or other documentation may be required)
✓ Complete registration through the North Care Training registration portal
✓ Pay the required exam fees and select your testing date

If you have the items below ready, you are ready to begin registration with North Care Training:
✓ Pending License Number or proof that your application has been submitted to the Washington State Department of Health
✓ Copy of your 75-Hour Certificate from an approved Washington State Home Care Aide training program
✓ Basic contact and identification information
✓ Payment of $145 for both the Knowledge and Skills State Exams
Once you have these items prepared, complete registration through the NorthCare Training registration portal to submit your information. After completing registration, you will be able to book your exam date and submit payment.
