HCA to CNA/NAC Bridge Training Program (38 Hours)

Our HCA to CNA Bridge Program is designed for active Home Care Aide (HCA) license holders who are ready to advance their careers and become Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA).

This accelerated bridge course allows qualified students to build upon their current training and complete the additional requirements needed for CNA certification in Washington State.

Students will complete 4 days of instruction totaling 38 hours, followed by a required 5th and final day to complete the Washington State CNA Skills Exam through North Care Training in partnership with WABON (Washington Board of Nursing).

Prerequisites (Required Before Enrollment)

Students must provide:

• Active HCA License

• Active CPR Card

• Proof of a Negative TB Test

• Completed & Cleared Background Check
